Deadline for abstracts submission: May 30th 2016 (Abstract template available here , 500-1000 words, 2 page max)

Notification of abstracts acceptance: July 2nd 2016

Opening of the Colloquium: September 7th, 2016

Full Papers are optional and should be submitted by August 24th 2016 Templates for the full papers can be found here .

Colloquium Fees

The  fee  for  the  Colloquium  includes  welcome  reception,  coffee  breaks,  lunches, colloquium dinner, book of abstracts.

Early bird registration (until July 1st 2016)

• Euromech members: 350 €
• Euromech non­members: 380  €  (includes  one  year  affiliation  to  Euromech,  24  € and transfer costs)

Registration after July 1st 2016

• Euromech members: 400 €
• Euromech non­members: 430  €  (includes  one  year  affiliation  to  Euromech,  24  € and transfer costs)
